This website collects as little as it can: no cookies, no analytics, no forms. This notice explains the little it does handle, and your rights.

Who we are

Applied Intelligence Labs L.P. (Applied Intelligence Labs Ε.Ε.), a limited partnership registered in Greece, GEMI 196374920000, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@appliedintelligencelabs.gr. Our registration details are on the company details page.

When you visit the site

To send you a page, our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, has to process some technical data: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser’s details and the time. Delivering a website over the internet needs this, and it also protects the site against abuse. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We do not keep visitor logs. We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and nothing on the site loads from another company’s servers: even the fonts are served from our own.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to deal with what you asked about: to take the steps you ask for before any agreement (Article 6(1)(b)), or in our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f)).

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation, and any work that follows from it, needs it. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, as it does for tax records.

Who else handles your data

Two providers process personal data for us, under data processing agreements: Amazon Web Services hosts the site (its files are stored in Frankfurt, and it is delivered from AWS locations near you), and Google Workspace carries our email. Both may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on safeguards the regulation recognises, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give it to you in a portable form. Write to hello@appliedintelligencelabs.gr, and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr.
